Follow-Up on Friday

Friday is my follow up where I get all my test results and a plan of action with Dr. Kwak-Kim - excited to just know for once and all what is wrong and what we can do. I heard she gives you a copy of it all and a plan to be given to your RE. Not looking forward to the drive back down to IL hoping the weather stays ok. We are going to make a weekend out of it and spend some time together go to the chicago shed's aquarium and chill. Please keep us in prayers for safe travels. Leaving early Friday morning my apt is at 1pm then staying over at a hotel. A little nervous about it all but hopeful too.
